# Lấy lại mật khẩu

## Hướng dẫn lấy lại mật khẩu trên App Entrade X

Đầu tiên, Khách hàng tìm và tải app Entrade X trên App Store hoăc Google Play để có thể thực hiện thao tác này

**Bước 1:** Khách hàng chọn “**Quên mật khẩu**” trên màn hình đăng nhập.

**Bước 2:** Điền **Email** hoặc chọn **Sử dụng số điện thoại** Khách hàng đã đăng ký Mở tài khoản

**Bước 3:**&#x20;

**Trường hợp 1:** chọn Quên mật khẩu bằng **số điện thoại:**&#x20;

-> chọn **Sử dụng số điện thoại** -> Nhập số điện thoại và ngày sinh

-> Nhập mã OTP được gửi qua SMS, nhập mật khẩu mới

-> chọn **Đặt lại mật khẩu**

**Trường hợp 2**: Chọn Quên mật khẩu bằng **Email:**

-> Điền địa chỉ email đăng ký Mở tài khoản -> chọn **Tiếp tục**

**->** Mở email -> chọn **Đổi mật khẩu** và cập nhật mật khẩu mới.
