# Smart OTP

**Smart OTP là** phương thức bảo mật được tích hợp trong **ứng dụng Entrade X** giúp KH chủ động lấy mã xác thực giao dịch 1 lần (**OTP**) khi thực hiện các giao dịch trực tuyến trên Ứng dụng. 

Để sử dụng Smart OTP, KH cần đăng ký kích hoạt Smart OTP trên một thiết bị di động (điện thoại, máy tính bảng) duy nhất. Ngoài tài khoản chứng khoán và mật khẩu đăng nhập, Smart OTP sẽ được bảo vệ bằng một mã mở khóa 4 số do chính Quý Khách thiết lập.

Khi giao dịch, KH chỉ cần nhập Mã mở khóa Smart OTP, sau đó hệ thống sẽ tạo mã OTP duy nhất ứng với giao dịch đang chờ xác thực và tự động nhập OTP này để hoàn tất xác nhận giao dịch.

Với Smart OTP, dù KH ở nước ngoài hay khi điện thoại mất sóng, KH vẫn có thể thực hiện giao dịch vô cùng nhanh chóng, thuận tiện và bảo mật.

Để Hủy Smart OTP, Khách hàng chỉ cần chọn vào phần Smart OTP trên Ứng dụng, chọn nút Hủy và nhập mã mở khóa Smart OTP là hoàn thành.\
Trong trường hợp KH quên mã mở khóa OTP, Khách hàng vui lòng liên hệ với Tổng đài DNSE để được hỗ trợ.
