# Hủy yêu cầu thay đổi CMND/CCCD/Họ tên

Để thực hiện Hủy yêu cầu thay đổi thông tin CMND/CCCD, Khách hàng có thể thao tác trên app/web EntradeX

**Lưu ý:** Khách hàng có thể hủy yêu cầu thay đổi thông tin khi yêu cầu thay đổi chưa được gửi sang VSD.

### **a. Trên App Entrade X**

Bước 1: Đăng nhập vào app Entrade X **->** Chọn **Menu ->** Chọn **Cá nhân**

Bước 2: Tại phần **Thông tin tài khoản** mục **Số CMND/CCCD ->** chọn **Hủy cập nhật**

Bước 4: Chọn **Xác nhận hủy** -> Nhập mã Smart OTP

Hệ thống sẽ gửi thông báo kết quả thay đổi thông tin qua Email hoặc mục **Tin nhắn** trên app Entrade X.&#x20;

### **b. Trên Web Entrade X**

Bước 1: Đăng nhập tài khoản vào [web Entrade X ](https://entradex.dnse.com.vn/dang-nhap?refPath=/)**->** Chọn **Menu ->** chọn **Cá nhân ->** chọn **Hủy cập nhật**

Bước 2: Nhập mã Smart OTP -> chọn **Xác nhận**
