# Hủy yêu cầu thay đổi địa chỉ

Để thực hiện hủy yêu cầu thay đổi địa chỉ, Khách hàng có thể tự thực hiện trên app Entrade X theo hướng dẫn bên dưới:

Bước 1: Đăng nhập vào app Entrade X **->** Chọn **Menu ->** Chọn **Cá nhân**

Bước 2: Tại phần **Thông tin tài khoản** mục **Địa chỉ ->** chọn **Hủy cập nhật**

Nếu yêu cầu đã được gửi đến VSD, Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông báo trạng thái “**VSD đang duyệt yêu cầu”** -> Khách hàng không thực hiện Hủy yêu cầu

Bước 3:  Nếu yêu cầu chưa được gửi đến VSD, Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị màn hình thông báo -> chọn **Xác nhận hủy** -> nhập mã **Smart OTP**

Bước 6: Gửi yêu cầu hủy cập nhật thành công. Hủy yêu cầu cập nhật không thành công sẽ gửi thông báo tại phần Email hoặc **Tin nhắn** -> **Thông báo cập nhật**
