# Những thay đổi quan trọng của hệ thống KRX

Hệ thống giao dịch KRX là hệ thống công nghệ thông tin mới được áp dụng tại thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam, được Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hàn Quốc (Korea Exchange - KRX) phát triển và chuyển giao. Đây là bước tiến quan trọng trong quá trình hiện đại hóa hạ tầng công nghệ của thị trường chứng khoán, với mục tiêu nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành, tăng tính minh bạch và tiến gần hơn với các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.

Hệ thống KRX dự kiến sẽ thay thế toàn bộ các hệ thống công nghệ hiện tại đang được sử dụng tại Sở giao dịch Chứng khoán TP. Hồ Chí Minh (HOSE), Sở giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX) và Tổng công ty Lưu ký và Bù trừ Chứng khoán Việt Nam (VSDC) từ ngày <mark style="color:red;">**05/05/2025**</mark>.

Dưới đây, DNSE sẽ tổng hợp một số thay đổi quan trọng của hệ thống KRX để Khách hàng có thể tìm hiểu trước khi bắt đầu giao dịch trên hệ thống mới.

**1.1. Giao dịch lô chẵn**

* Tách phiên giao dịch thỏa thuận từ 14h45 - 15h00 thành phiên **"thỏa thuận sau giờ"**.&#x20;

**1.2. Giao dịch lô lẻ**

* Bổ sung thời gian giao dịch lô lẻ đầu phiên ATO (với sàn HOSE) và bổ sung phiên giao dịch khớp lệnh định kỳ đóng cửa ATC (với sàn HOSE và HNX).

Tại DNSE Khách hàng có thể tìm kiếm theo mã giao dịch cũ, hệ thống vẫn sẽ hiển thị mã giao dịch mới tương ứng.&#x20;

* *Đối với sản phẩm đang niêm yết:*&#x20;
  * *Các mã giao dịch đã niêm yết trước thời điểm vận hành hệ thống mới sẽ giữ nguyên. Ví dụ: VN30F2505*
  * *Khi các tháng hợp đồng cũ đáo hạn, tháng hợp đồng mới được sinh ra sẽ theo quy định mã mới. Ví dụ: 41I1E7000*
* *Đối với các sản phẩm niêm yết sau thời điểm vận hành hệ thống mới: Hệ thống sẽ sinh mã giao dịch theo quy định mới.*
