<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 1: Tại sao cài đặt xong không có dữ liệu Realtime?**</mark>

Bạn cần đăng ký sử dụng dịch vụ API Lightspeed của DNSE để có Data Realtime.&#x20;

<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 2: Tại sao không tìm thấy DNSE Ami Plugin trong Data Source khi cài đặt Database?**</mark>

Lỗi này do bạn cài đặt Plugin của Ami X chưa thành công.&#x20;

Hãy thử lại theo cách sau: Copy trực tiếp các File Plugin từ trong thư mục C:\Program Files\Ami X\resources vào thư mục Plugin bên trong Amibroker.

<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 3: Cấu hình máy nào thì cài được Ami X?**</mark>

A. CPU i3 trở lên.

B. Ram 5GB trở lên.

<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 4: API có đặt được lệnh điều kiện và lệnh Stoploss không?**</mark>

Hiện AmiX chưa hỗ trợ lệnh điều kiện và cài Stoploss. Nhà đầu tư có thể code trên Amibroker để quản lý tốt hơn chiến thuật của mình.

<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 5: Khi đặt lệnh qua API có bị tính thêm chi phí không?**</mark>

Không. Lệnh đặt qua API tính như biểu phí thông thường.

<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 6: Nhà đầu tư dùng Ami X có phải trả phí không?**</mark>

Không. Data Ami X được cung cấp miễn phí cho khách hàng của DNSE.

<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 7: Cài đặt xong không thấy tự động cập nhật Data:**</mark>

Kiểm tra thư mục Data có dữ liệu hay không, gửi file log.txt cho DVKH để được hỗ trợ.

*Lưu ý*: Bạn cần đăng ký dịch vụ API Lightspeed của DNSE để có thể nhận Data về máy tính.

<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 9: Hai loại Data Intraday và EOD là gì? Data quá khứ dài bao nhiêu?**</mark>

Data Intraday là dữ liệu theo tick, dùng ở các khung 1M, 5M, 1H… để xem các khung ngắn, sẽ có ít dữ liệu lịch sử hơn (3 tháng).

Data EOD là dữ liệu cuối ngày, dùng để xem ở các khung 1D, 1W, 1M… phù hợp để xem các khung lớn và có dữ liệu dài (5 năm).

Bạn muốn xem đồ thị EOD và Intraday đồng thời nên cài 2 database trong Amibroker (1 database xem dữ liệu EOD theo ngày, database kia xem dữ liệu Intraday theo phút).

<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 10: Ami X có giao dịch được các mã cơ sở không?**</mark>

Có. Ami X có thể đặt lệnh được cho mã chứng khoán cơ sở, chỉ cần nhập Ticket trong câu lệnh API.

<mark style="color:red;">**Câu 12: Tải phần mềm bị cảnh báo Virus của Window.**</mark>

Bạn có thể tạm thời tắt phầm mềm quét Virus của Window rồi bật lại sau.

Vào Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Windows Security -> Virus & thread protection -> Virus & thread protection settings -> Manage settings -> Real-time protection -> Turn Off

Dữ liệu đã được cập nhật hết. Không còn mã nào cần lấy dữ liệu nữa.

Thường do không lấy đủ số nến. Khi cài Database ở mục Number of Bars cần điền đủ: 500.000 nến.
