# Hướng dẫn đổi Star nhận quà

**Bước 1:** Để thực hiện đổi Star nhận quà, KH đăng nhập vào ứng dụng/trang webtrading của DNSE 

-> chọn hạng Khách hàng (<mark style="color:red;">**Rookie/Pro X/Master X/Legend X**</mark>) ở **Menu** trên ứng dụng DNSE

hoặc mục **Thông tin tài khoản** tại webtrading của DNSE

Bước 2: Chọn mục <mark style="color:red;">**"Quà của bạn"**</mark> -> nhấn <mark style="color:red;">**"Đổi quà**</mark>**"**

Bước 3: Xem chi tiết thông tin nhận quà và nhấn <mark style="color:red;">**"Xác nhận"**</mark>

Trường hợp cần thay đổi địa chỉ nhận quà, KH chọn <mark style="color:red;">**"Đổi địa chỉ"**</mark> -> điền đầy đủ thông tin nhận quà -> chọn <mark style="color:red;">**"Cập nhật địa chỉ"**</mark>

Bước 4: Nhập mã xác thực để hoàn tất việc đổi quà

Sau khi thực hiện đổi quà thành công, Voucher sẽ được gửi về hòm thư điện tử Khách hàng đăng ký tại DNSE trong vòng 24 giờ.

Để kiểm tra quà đã đổi, vào <mark style="color:red;">**Quà của bạn**</mark> -> chọn mục <mark style="color:red;">"</mark><mark style="color:red;">**Lịch sử Star"**</mark>
