# 11. DNSE\_Hướng dẫn Khách hàng xác nhận yêu cầu thay đổi ủy quyền

Bước 1: Đăng nhập

* Khách hàng đăng nhập vào tài khoản của mình trên ứng dụng Entrade X
* Yêu cầu hủy đồng hành sau khi được gửi khách hàng có 2 cách để xác nhận

Cách 1: Vào màn “**Tin nhắn**” → Vào “**Thông báo - Cập nhật**” → Chọn xem chi tiết

Cách 2: Vào màn “**Menu**” → Chọn banner “**Được đồng hành cùng**”

Bước 2: Kiểm tra thông tin yêu cầu thay đổi ủy quyền và xác nhận
