# Quà tặng Gift X

### 1. **Tạo quà tặng**

**Bước 1:** Chọn mục <mark style="color:red;">**Quà tặng - Gift X**</mark> tại tab **Trang Chủ** hoặc tab **Menu**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Tặng quà**, tại đây KH có thể:

* Lựa chọn chủ đề, ảnh nền theo nhu cầu, sở thích, bấm “**Chọn lời chúc**” để xem lời chúc gợi ý hoặc có thể tự viết lời chúc cá nhân độc đáo, sáng tạo.
* Nhập số tiền trong số dư khả dụng. Sau đó chọn Tạo gói quà và xác thực OTP

**Bước 3:** Chia sẻ quà tặng

Sau khi xác thực thông tin và yêu cầu tạo quà tặng, KH sẽ nhận được thông báo tạo quà tặng thành công và có thể gửi mã quà tặng hoặc đường link nhận quà đến Người nhận.

***Lưu ý: Quà tặng có thời hạn 7 ngày kể từ ngày tạo và chỉ được nhận 1 lần.***

### **2. Hủy mã nhận quà**

* Tại màn hình lịch sử **Gửi quà tặng**/**Nhận quà tặng**, chọn tab **Gửi quà tặng**
* Nhấn biểu tượng thùng rác tại quà muốn hủy và chọn **Xác nhận**

### **3. Kiểm tra lại lịch sử gửi và nhận quà**

KH chọn tab **Gửi quà tặng**/**Nhận quà tặng** để kiểm tra lịch sử
