# Xác nhận dư Nợ

## 1. **Xác nhận nợ trên App**

**Bước 1:** Tại mục Thông báo trên App, KH chọn nhóm tin **Quản trị rủi ro** để kiểm tra thông báo xác nhận dư nợ (Ngày T)

**Bước 2:** Ấn Xác nhận dư nợ

**Bước 3:** Điền mã OTP, ấn Xác nhận. Sau khi xác nhận thành công, khách hàng tiếp tục được giao dịch với hạn mức đã có trước đó.

## **2. Xác nhận dư nợ trên Webtrading**

**Bước 1:** Tại mục Thông báo trên Web, KH chọn nhóm tin **Quản trị rủi ro** để kiểm tra thông báo xác nhận dư nợ (Ngày T)

**Bước 2:** Ấn Xác nhận dư nợ

**Bước 3:** Điền mã OTP, ấn Xác nhận

Sau khi xác nhận thành công, khách hàng tiếp tục được giao dịch với hạn mức đã có trước đó

***Lưu ý:** Trường hợp khách hàng không xác nhận dư nợ, tại ngày thứ 9 (T+9) sau khi có thông báo, DNSE sẽ gửi thông báo về việc hạ hạn mức vay ký quỹ về 0. Sau khi khách hàng thực hiện xác nhận dư nợ, DNSE sẽ cập nhật lại hạn mức giao dịch ban đầu.*
