# NĐT sử dụng Entrade X thay đổi thông tin CMND/CCCD

Khi đơn đăng ký mua cổ phiếu IPO từ chối do CMND/CCCD không hợp lệ, KH sử dụng Entrade X để đăng ký có thể thực hiện thay đổi thông tin CMND/CCCD trên app/web Entrade X như sau:

### 1. Thay đổi trên App Entrade X

KH đăng nhập vào app Entrade X **->** chọn **Tin nhắn** **->** Chọn thông báo **Giao dịch chứng khoán ->** Chọn **Xem chi tiết đơn**

Chọn **Cập nhật CMND/CCCD ->** nhập thông tin hoặc tải lên ảnh CMND/CCCD cần thay đổi **->** chọn **Xác nhận cập nhật**

Nhập mã OTP -> Đơn đăng ký sẽ được duyệt khi thông tin thay đổi hợp lệ

Hệ thống sẽ gửi thông báo khi đơn được duyệt tại **Tin nhắn -> Giao dịch Chứng khoán**. Để kiểm tra thông tin đơn chọn **Xem chi tiết đơn**

### 2. Thay đổi trên web Entrade X

KH đăng nhập tại web Entrade X, tại tab **Đặt lệnh** -> ấn vào banner góc phải bên dưới màn hình hoặc chọn tab **IPO-DNSE**

Chọn **Cập nhật CMND/CCCD**

Mở ứng dụng Entrade X để bấm xác thực OTP

Xác thực OTP thành công **->** Đơn sẽ chuyển sang chờ duyệt.

Hệ thống sẽ gửi thông báo khi đơn được duyệt tại **Tin nhắn -> Giao dịch Chứng khoán**. Để kiểm tra thông tin đơn chọn **Xem chi tiết đơn**
