# Nộp cọc phái sinh

Ký quỹ là khoản tiền đặt cọc nhà đầu tư phải nộp lên VSDC (Trung tâm lưu ký và bù trừ chứng khoán Việt Nam) để tham gia giao dịch chứng khoán phái sinh, đóng vai trò đảm bảo khả năng thực hiện nghĩa vụ thanh toán.

* Khách hàng có thể nộp cọc 24/7. Tiền cọc được VSDC duyệt từ 08h00 - 16h00 trong ngày giao dịch hoặc vào 8:00 phiên tiếp theo nếu nộp ngoài khung giờ trên.&#x20;
* Số tiền có thể nộp đã bao gồm phí nộp
* <mark style="color:red;">**Số tiền nộp cọc để có thể giao dịch = Tỷ lệ cọc \* giá thị trường \* hệ số nhân \* khối lượng hợp đồng + Phí thuế giao dịch + Phí bù trừ vị thế**</mark>

Ví dụ:&#x20;

* Tỷ lệ cọc là 18.48%
* Khối lượng hợp đồng: 01 HĐ
* Giá thị trường: 1300 điểm
* Hệ số nhân: 100,000
* Phí trả sở: 2,700 đ/HĐ
* Phí bù trừ vị thế: 2,550 đ/HĐ
* Thuế chiều mở: 0.05% giá trị giao dịch

Số tiền cần nộp cọc \
\= 18.48%\*01\*1300\*100,000 +  18.48%\*01\*1300\*100,000\*0.05% + 2700 + 2550 = 24,041,262 đồng

## *<mark style="color:red;">**1. Nộp cọc trên app**</mark>*

**Bước 1:** Tại màn hình **Menu**, KH nhấn vào mục **"Giao dịch tiền phái sinh"** và chọn **"Nộp cọc"**

### **1.1. Nộp cọc từ TKCK**

KH chọn **gói vay** và điền **số tiền nộp.** KH nhấn <mark style="color:red;">**Tiếp tục**</mark> và <mark style="color:red;">**Xác nhận**</mark> để hoàn tất giao dịch.

### **1.2. Nộp cọc từ ngân hàng**

KH có thể nộp cọc trực tiếp từ mã QR hoặc chuyển khoản đến số tài khoản ngân hàng kèm nội dung trong hướng dẫn.

Hoặc tại màn hình đặt lệnh, KH có thể thao tác bằng cách click biểu tượng ![](/files/PLW4FY8c7iIfgVRkmIX0) ở phần Cọc còn lại

Sau khi nộp tiền thành công, KH sẽ nhận được tin nhắn ở mục **Tin nhắn** - phần **Giao dịch tiền**

KH có thể tìm mã hợp đồng đang quan tâm và đặt lệnh giao dịch.

## *<mark style="color:red;">**2. Nộp cọc trên web**</mark>*

**Bước 1:** KH truy cập: <https://entradex.dnse.com.vn/> lựa chọn tab **Giao dịch tiền** chọn **Giao dịch tiền phái sinh** chọn **Nộp cọc** hoặc KH có thể chọn biểu tượng ![](/files/eeg0cWwsIBy4g7maUnH9) ở phần **Cọc còn lại**&#x20;

**Bước 2:** KH **chọn tiểu khoản nộp tiền, gói vay và điền số tiền nộp.** KH nhấn <mark style="color:red;">**Tiếp tục**</mark> và <mark style="color:red;">**Xác nhận**</mark>  để hoàn tất giao dịch.

Sau khi nộp tiền thành công, KH sẽ nhận được popup ngay trên màn hình và thông báo thành công ở mục **Tin nhắn** - phần **Giao dịch tiền**
