# Hướng dẫn tra soát tiền

Trong trường hợp Khách hàng ("KH") chuyển tiền bị **sai/thiếu nội dung** mà tiền không thể được hạch toán vào được tài khoản, KH có thể thực hiện tra soát tiền vào tài khoản chứng khoán của KH theo hướng dẫn sau:
